Statistics show that parents who do not receive adequate sleep are more inclined to experience baby blues or Postpartum Depression.
Overnight care is a valuable survival tool for that first year of your baby’s life and a worthwhile investment in your overall well-being.
I understand that entrusting your precious baby while you sleep requires trust. When I am at your home, expect to feel safe, warm and in exceptionally capable hands.
I normally arrive at your home at 10pm and leave at 6am. If you are breastfeeding, I will take the baby to you to be fed and will take care of the rest, like burping, changing, and settling the baby down, so you can go back to sleep more quickly. If the baby is sleeping, I can fold some baby clothes and also load or unload the dishwasher. I also take care of cleaning and sterilizing bottles if you are using them.
With a minimum of 3 hours, I go to your home to teach you to take care of your newborn or simply to be another set of hands so you can rest or do chores. I offer baby care and light housekeeping.
