Birth Doula Plus

CAD 1460.00 + HST

• Initial video chat to decide if we are a good match.
• 2 in-home prenatal classes.
• Unlimited what’s app, email or phone support through the entire pregnancy ( if what’s app we can open a group and your partner can join us).
• Support to write your birth plan.
• Attendance of your labor and delivery.
• Stay 1-2 hours after birth to help you to start feeding the baby.
• 1 postpartum visit at your home.
• Back-up doula in the event that I might not be present at birth.
• A 2-hours Newborn Sleep workshop (recorded) that will be sent to you as soon as you hire me as your doula.
