• Virtual intake consultation
• A personalized sleep plan
• Weekly virtual consultations for 6 weeks
• Includes a maintainance plan for milestones, vacations, illnesses, and changes in routine. (This will not be a written plan , we will have a final consultation where you will get all the information to be able to keep the good results for good).
