Births portrayed in the media are no better. 

That is why I created Fear Free Birth course. This course is a 6-module program that will equip you with tools to start practicing after 20 weeks of pregnancy to have a Fear Free Birth!

This course was specifically designed based on my experiences as a doula over the past twenty years. Perinatal education is so important to equip new parents to have the most positive birth experience as possible. 

My courses are back by evidence based research, giving you the tools to make your own decisions about your birth.

The first four classes are private online classes for the parents. The final two classes are in person at your home. Each module costs $120.
