With a minimum of 3 hours, I come into your home and offer hand-on assistance and newborn education. I provide essential baby care tips to help you feel confident in your new role. 

We also discuss post-birth care, your mental health, and healing. 

I am also an extra set of hands, giving you some extra time and space for yourself after your delivery.
